As a Celebree Director of Education, you'll be embarking on a journey of leadership and impact. As the driving force behind our mission, the Education Director is responsible for overseeing the School's educational program, classroom quality, faculty development, licensing compliance, health and safety, and required records. From nurturing talent to ensuring operational excellence and fostering positive community relationships, you'll be instrumental in creating an environment where people grow both BIG and small. This position works with and reports to the Director of Operations and school ownership to support the daily operation and overall success of the School.

Hours: Monday through Friday: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm or 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Alternating shifts as needed)

Responsibilities include leading the daily educational operation of the School, ensuring licensing, quality assurance, health and safety compliance, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures, overseeing child and faculty files and required training records, supporting curriculum implementation and high-quality classroom management practices, managing, mentoring and developing faculty, leading faculty orientation, meetings and professional development, participating in faculty recruitment, interviewing and retention, planning and managing school events that promote family engagement, supporting marketing events and other community outreach efforts, supporting family-teacher conferences and educational concerns, identifying and attracting the best talent to join the team, supporting team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance, and travel may be required within the continental US.

Qualifications include having a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, being Director qualified in the State of Texas or working towards Director Qualification, having strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education related software, having strong knowledge of early childhood education, curriculum and licensing requirements, demonstrating strong communication, organization and leadership skills, and minimum of 2 years of management and leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.

This is a full-time position with compensation based on education and experience. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
