Sr. Facilities Manager

Overview Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations in Grand Prairie, TX. This on-site role oversees a team, including one direct report, and is responsible for daily services, vendor management, budgeting, and KPI performance. The ideal candidate will ensure all maintenance, safety, and engineering functions meet client standards while driving efficiency and service quality. This role also serves as the main client contact and leads staff development and performance management. Strong leadership, financial oversight, and experience managing complex facilities are essential.
