Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into an impactful role supporting students as a full-time Behavior Analyst in an educational setting near Zimmerman, MN. This is a contract opportunity where you’ll collaborate closely with elementary, middle, and high school staff to foster positive behavioral change and enhance learning environments for all students. Your expertise will play a pivotal part in helping students overcome behavioral challenges and in training staff and caregivers in effective intervention strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or equivalent)
- Prior experience working within school settings, specifically with elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Strong understanding of implementing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to diverse educational environments
- Passion for fostering inclusive, supportive classrooms
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ behavioral needs across multiple school levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans to support positive behaviors
- Train and coach school personnel and caregivers on behavioral strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to ensure consistent application of interventions
- Collect and analyze data to measure intervention outcomes and adjust support as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and documentation as required
