What You'll Do As Salon Manager, you'll spend part of your day behind the chair serving customers and the rest leading a high-performing team. You'll Inspire and coach a team of talented stylists. Create a positive, fun, and professional salon culture. Deliver outstanding customer experiences every day. Recruit, train, and develop future leaders. Manage scheduling, productivity, and salon performance. Celebrate wins while helping team members reach their goals. Lead by example with exceptional haircutting and customer service. You're a Great Fit If You Hold a current Cosmetology or Barber license. Have leadership experience or are ready to take the next step. Love motivating and developing people.
