Key Responsibilities Manage accounting for assigned entities, including AP, AR and bank reconciliations Prepare journal entries, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations Support month-end, quarterly and year-end close Prepare financial statements and management reporting Support multi-entity accounting, intercompany activity and consolidations Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Partner directly with the CFO on financial analysis and special projects Progressively take on broader close and financial reporting ownership Qualifications 6+ years of progressive accounting experience Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller or comparable-level background Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Hands-on GL, month-end close, journal entries and reconciliations Financial statement preparation/reporting AP and AR accounting experience Strong GAAP knowledge Advanced Excel QuickBooks This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who wants to remain hands-on while continuing to grow, work directly with senior leadership, and enjoy the flexibility of a primarily remote position. #AccountingManager #AssistantController #AccountingJobs #FinanceJobs #RemoteAccounting #MonthEndClose #FinancialReporting #QuickBooks #DCJobs #CFS #CFStaffing #INAUG2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
