Requirements High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred. Previous financial aid or higher education experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with integrity. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
