What will you do?

· Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor.

· Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and how our technologies can help them become more profitable and sustainable.

· Actively listen and understand customer concerns, needs and preferences.

· Travel within your assigned territory meeting prospective and current customers and introduce our products. 

· Set up field demonstrations and collect data from them to generate future sales.

· Represent Timac at growers’ meetings and industry events.

· Develop your sales strategy to introduce our products to customers within your assigned area.

Requirements:

What will it take?

• A bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience (or motivation to learn).
• Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust.
• Valid Driver’s License.
