Greystar in Wisconsin is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities across our community. You will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction through proactive outreach and on-site engagement. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit checks, and lease preparation, while implementing short- and long-term marketing plans and maintaining show units.
