Informatica Tdm Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Informatica Tdm Lead to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica data testing and will be responsible for leading data management initiatives, ensuring data quality, and implementing best practices in data testing. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Informatica Tdm solutions to support data management and testing processes.
- Develop and execute data testing strategies to ensure data integrity and quality across various projects.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and define data testing needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Informatica tools and data testing methodologies.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data management and testing.
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices for data testing and management.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on data management.
- Strong expertise in Informatica Data Testing, including the ability to design and execute test cases.
- Proficient in data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation techniques.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Data Quality tools.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud based data solutions and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Experience with other data testing tools and frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Informatica or data management are a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully leading data management projects.
