Your Role

As a pivotal leader in our housekeeping team, you will harness your talent to oversee a diverse group of motivated employees. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing operations smoothly and efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed while staying on budget.
• Creating a nurturing environment for staff to learn and excel, fostering both personal and professional growth.
• Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness across guest and service areas, ensuring every corner meets our high expectations.
• Efficiently planning and scheduling assignments to handle special guest requests, contributing to an outstanding guest experience.
• Monitoring supplies and operational expenses to align with financial goals.
• Attending promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns.

Who You Are

With a high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of relevant experience, you're prepared to take on this supervisory role. Your expertise in housekeeping operations and your ability to effectively communicate with team members and guests alike will set you apart. Fluency in a second language is a plus, as is familiarity with industry tools and technology.
