What You'll Do
- Masterfully work all Dacotah Dining kitchen stations and jump in wherever you're needed.
- Work a variety of stations and shifts based on business needs.
- Take a leadership role in the kitchen and help keep the team moving efficiently.
- Assist the Chef de Cuisine and other culinary leaders as needed.
- Take pride and responsibility for the quality of all food produced by the kitchen .
- Help monitor food and labor costs and reduce unnecessary waste.
- Train, coach and provide guidance to kitchen staff.
- Keep the team motivated, productive and engaged throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary kitchen.
- Pitch in wherever needed to support the success of Dacotah Dining.
