• Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM + night call
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: To be determined
• Procedures: Infusion coverage
• Certifications Needed: BLS; Board Certified
• Patient Population/Case Load: To be determined
• Case Mix: To be determined
• Trauma Level: To be determined

• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 30 days
