- Mishawaka: 3 days

- Plymouth: 2 days

• Shift/Call Coverage: Infusion coverage at both Mishawaka (3 days) & Plymouth (2 days) with call coverage in the evenings.

• Patient Volume: Ave. of 30 per day

• Patient Demographics: Adult, Geriatric

• % of Practice: Hem 50%, Onc 50%

• Duties:

- Participation on a Tumor Board

- Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants

- Orders Tests, Blood Bank, Orders Images

- Prescribes

• Required Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters and Bone Marrow Biopsy

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info: Administration of Chemo will be by the physician and nurse oncologist.

• Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active IN License

• BC

• BLS

• Has interest in going PERM

• Self-Query NPDB report (should be pulled within the month)
