Job Title: Business Analyst with QA Experience
Location: Philadelphia, PA | Remote (1–2 Days/Month Onsite)
Type: Contract | 12 Months
Should be Eligible for Security clearance

Position Overview:
Business Analyst responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, creating process and data flow documentation, coordinating with developers for implementation, and supporting testing including UAT and post-deployment support. Role also includes application testing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and software requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and test cases
Communicate requirements clearly with developers, testers, and stakeholders
Create process flows, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, swim lanes, wireframes, and related documentation
Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams
Conduct walkthroughs, user acceptance testing (UAT), and requirement validation
Create training materials, train end users, and provide post-release support
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
Perform functional and regression testing as needed
Convert business requirements into test cases and testing scenarios
Support projects independently and within cross-functional teams

Requirements

Strong experience in business analysis and QA/testing activities
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
Strong knowledge of UAT, functional testing, and regression testing
Experience creating diagrams, workflows, and wireframes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with stakeholders, developers, business analysts, and testers effectively
Experience working on complex projects with demanding timelines
Ability to work independently from project initiation through completion
