Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Overview Are you interested in working flexible hours, connecting with people one-on-one, and helping them re-engage with their health? At Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, our mission is to build trusted relationships to make people healthier. We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews and a physical evaluation in the member’s home. Use a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen. Complete 6–9 visits daily on average. Pre‑scheduled visits are with health plan members. Work Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Provide flexible scheduling and availability incentives based on weekly availability. Compensation Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 each week. Base rate of $100 per completed assessment. Increase your per‑visit rate up to 160% with our Market Multiplier. Paid collaborative physician roles available in certain states. Benefits and Support Independent contractor, 1099 status. Optional malpractice coverage. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility. State license required; Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with support) strongly preferred. Qualifications Physician (MD/DO) with state license. Preferred experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or commercial plan member evaluations. Willingness to work flexible hours and short‑term or long‑term basis.
