5-Axis CNC Lathe Machinist (Mazak Integrex)

Summary United CNC Machining is seeking a highly experienced 5-axis mill-turn machinist who will program, set up, and run Mazak Integrex machines for prototype and low-volume aerospace and defense work. The machinist will program in Mazatrol and Mastercam, work with G and M codes, and machine complex parts using 2D prints, 3D models, and GD&T. Required Experience Knowledge of Mazatrol control and Mazak Integrex machines requird 5-axis Turn / Mill experience Knowledge of Mastercam required Must be familiar with G and M codes Will be required to program, set-up and run Prototype and low quantity machining experience required Must be able to read 2D prints and 3D models Must know GD&T 10 years minimum experience Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliant) Physical & Mental Demands Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Regular standing, bending, and manual assembly work.
