Sr. Technical PM

6+ month contract Hybrid onsite in South Shore area of MA Must be LOCAL, no relocation options. 62-74/hour W2 (no c2c or c2c referrals) Marchon's healthcare client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage IT project tasks in support of the business-driven, customer service-oriented approach to providing IT services across the Secretariat. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team and contribute to critical and highly visible projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing the implementation and deployment of large scale enterprise wide projects
• Experience working with multiple simultaneous projects/applications at various stages with competing priorities and shifting timelines
• A good understanding and proven work experience with various SDLC methodologies
• Proven experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar accreditation highly desirable
• Experience with delivering Intelligent Document Management projects highly desirable
• Experience with delivering AI projects desirable
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, management, end users, project team members, and vendors
• Strong cross functional leadership experience in a matrix environment
• Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business users
• Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, and to perform risk assessments and develop associated risk mitigation plans
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills with an ability to elicit results from cross-functional teams
• Expertise in conducting efficient and effective meetings
• Proven exceptional project management experience across multiple timelines simultaneously
• Solid working understanding of Government Security standards and Regulatory requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum (10) ten years of IT experience
• Minimum (8) eight years of experience in a project manager role, managing projects from conceptualization through delivery – on time and on budget with full accountability and financial responsibility.
• Minimum (5) five years of extensive hands-on experience managing large scale enterprise wide IT projects
• Experience with and preparing project documentation such as detailed requirements, status reports, etc.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tool
• Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint and Power Point.
