Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health challenges and tailor effective treatment plans.

• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients to ensure they remain focused on their objectives while tracking their progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that create a safe space for shared experiences and peer support.

• Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or those who prefer remote sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and agency policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families facing complex dynamics. Your expertise will be particularly valuable for clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, and addiction, as well as those from marginalized communities, including clients of color and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current state-licensed LMFT.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience.
\n
• Experience working with couples, children, teens, and families is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
