Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with experience in affordable housing and tax credit practice in Miami, FL. The candidate will engage in complex real estate and project finance transactions. Duties Represent developers, lenders, or investors in real estate transactions. Advise on structuring, negotiation, and closing of affordable housing deals. Collaborate with partners on tax credit and financing matters. Requirements 1+ years of relevant experience. Strong attention to detail. Major law firm experience preferred. Education Strong academic credentials preferred. Certifications Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
