Inpatient Pharmacy Manager

Magee Resource Group is partnering with a not‑for‑profit health system in the Midwest that includes a tertiary care hospital, outpatient clinics, and an employed physician group to recruit a Manager of Inpatient Pharmacy to lead and oversee hospital pharmacy operations. This role blends leadership with direct operational expertise, ensuring the pharmacy runs smoothly while developing a team of self‑sufficient leaders. The Manager will oversee staffing, scheduling, employee relations, policy compliance, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: Lead day‑to‑day hospital pharmacy operations, including central pharmacy workflow, clean room, compounding, hazardous drugs, and order sets Manage and develop staff including clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, coordinators, and buyers Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements Track KPIs, manage drug shortages, and serve as the subject‑matter expert for dispensing systems Build a self‑sufficient team capable of handling operations independently when the Manager is off‑site Qualifications: Strong experience in hospital pharmacy operations 3+ years of management experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, structure, and energize the team #J-18808-Ljbffr Magee Resource Group
