Job Overview A law firm seeks an Inventory Attorney in Chandler, AZ. The role involves supporting litigation processes, coordinating workstreams, and mentoring legal staff to ensure high‑quality deliverables. The attorney will manage case inventories, maintain deadline controls, and enhance operational efficiency across various legal matters. Duties Understand and translate litigation requirements into operational strategies. Maintain deadline controls and ensure adherence to escalation protocols. Drive filing readiness by managing documentation and pre‑filing information. Deliver a client experience based on trust and insight. Assist in coordinating tasks for paralegals and case managers. Oversee compliance with court rules and filing protocols. Manage post‑filing litigation requirements, including discovery and trial preparation. Collaborate to improve litigation support workflows. Mentor and train legal support staff. Requirements Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to engage clients with professionalism and empathy. Function effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Strong time‑management skills and adaptability. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Work independently and collaboratively with teams. Understanding of federal and state litigation procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Education: JD required. Certification: Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required. Skills: Experience with complex litigation preferred. Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
