\n About this role: \n

\n As a Family Medicine Physician, you will open a new clinic with 1other APP. Help us grow our community and practice.  In this role you will collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, a nurse practitioner, care coordinators and integrated behavioral health providers.\n

\n What you’ll bring: \n

\n
• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
\n
• ABMS board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine with/without OB
\n
• Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
\n
• BLS certification and DEA
\n
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
\n
