The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.Please note that this role is based onsite in Seattle, WA and will pay approximately $26 - $30 per hour, dependent upon experience level.Job Responsibilities:Audits each shipment prior to packing to ensure that goods are in sellable condition and match orderPicks, Packs and labels product based on established standards.Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and compliant operationsProcess inbound and outbound shipments, including sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and system transactions in SAP/WMSInspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies; coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issuesPrepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation; ensure proper record retention for compliancePerform inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actionsTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as shipping delays or inventory variances; provide clear feedback and solutionsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with EHS and 5S standardsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain or a related field preferredPrevious experience in warehouse operations requiredExperience with warehouse systems such as SAP, WMS, or similar platforms preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as neededBilingual (Chinese/English) is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication skills with the ability to work across different levels of the organizationStrong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to workAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match that vests fully on day one.
