Position: Receptionist

The Palmettos of Garden City is looking for a professional, welcoming Receptionist to be the face of our community. If you are highly organized, great with people, and looking for a rewarding role with a national leader in senior care, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• First Impressions: Greet visitors warmly and manage our multi-line phone system with a professional, helpful tone.

• Administrative Support: Assemble admission packages, organize files, sort mail, and type correspondence.

• Basic Financials: Handle petty cash, process receipts for general and trust accounts, and manage meal ticket sales.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Fast, accurate typing skills (45+ WPM).

• Exceptional communication skills and a pleasant, professional phone presence.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
