Legal Receptionist

Meredith Law Firm, LLC an established bankruptcy law firm with offices serving the Charleston, Columbia and Myrtle Beach areas is seeking a Part‑Time Legal Receptionist/Secretary in our Myrtle Beach office. Responsibilities Greeting clients and managing the reception area, answering phones using a multi‑line system, general office duties (including but not limited to faxing, emailing, copying, drafting correspondences, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, etc.), calendar management for the attorneys and paralegals, creating client files, processing incoming and outgoing mail and assisting with special projects as needed. Requirements We are only seeking reliable and mature candidates for this position. Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette and excellent customer service skills are required. Candidates must possess administrative experience and be detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize their workload as a self‑starter. Reliable attendance is required. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.), ZOOM, Adobe Acrobat DC and Next Chapter is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
