About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead its national retail strategy, with a focus on major retail and club accounts. This high-impact role is pivotal in driving the company's retail growth, particularly across large and influential retailers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy, owning strategic relationships with key customers, and identifying opportunities for expansion. Commercially driven and with a strong track record in the industry, the ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of progressive sales experience, including a proven record of success with major U.S. retail accounts. The role demands a professional with a deep understanding of retail dynamics, strong commercial and financial acumen, and the ability to manage the full commercial relationship from opportunity to execution.
