Job Summary

Chartwells Higher Education is looking for a dynamic and passionate Foodservice Director of Dining to lead the daily operations of a high-volume residential dining hall at Baylor University . This is more than a job its an opportunity to shape campus culture mentor a talented team and deliver an exceptional dining experience to the Baylor student community.

What Youll Do:
As the Foodservice Director youll be at the heart of our food programs success. Youll lead day-to-day operations while ensuring that every meal served reflects our commitment to quality service and innovation.

• Direct all aspects of daily food service operations with excellence
• Lead and inspire a team of managers supervisors and frontline staff
• Deliver exceptional food quality and customer service experiences
• Partner with culinary teams to craft nutritious on-trend menus
• Monitor and manage labor and food costs to ensure financial success
• Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
• Bring new culinary programs to life with support from Chartwells marketing and innovation teams
• Recruit train and develop team members fostering a culture of growth

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
