Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

Diverse Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Services Specialist to support its Greenwood, IN team with end-to-end recruiting and onboarding. In this onsite role, you will connect with candidates and clients to deliver staffing solutions while helping employees succeed through each stage of their assignment lifecycle. This position combines high-volume recruiting, day-to-day coordination, and ongoing client partnership. The role is supported by structured processes, including applicant tracking system recordkeeping and compliance-focused onboarding activities. Responsibilities Recruit, source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates Manage high-volume hiring activities while maintaining accurate records in the ATS Conduct employee orientations and support background check processing and onboarding activities Partner with clients to fulfill staffing orders and meet workforce needs Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, candidates, and temporary employees Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters Manage assignment lifecycle activities Collaborate with Client Services Managers to improve service delivery and candidate quality Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety requirements Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish , with strong verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or GED One or more years of staffing, recruiting, customer service, or other client-facing experience Strong interpersonal skills, communication ability, and a relationship-building approach Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed Experience using AI recruiting tools and technology Staffing industry experience preferred Schedule and Location Monday through Friday , 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Onsite role in Greenwood, Indiana Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed for customer needs, employee check-ins, orientations, and staffing requirements Occasional local travel may be required to customer sites, job fairs, and onboarding events Compensation and Benefits Salary: USD 50,000 per year (competitive salary based on experience, up to $50,000 annually) Bonus potential: Uncapped bonus potential Incentives: Performance incentives, recognition programs, prizes, and trips Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Retirement: 401(k) with company match Time off: Paid Time Off starting at 3 weeks annually, increasing with tenure Volunteer time: 40 hours of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Growth: Professional development and career growth opportunities Culture Faith and family-friendly work environment Supportive teammates who challenge and encourage one another Opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day Technologies: English, Spanish, Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS). #J-18808-Ljbffr Diverse Staffing
