We are looking for an experienced dental leader who can help successfully launch our new office, build strong teams, drive practice growth, and create an outstanding patient experience.This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build, lead, and grow with an expanding dental organization.Why This Opportunity Is DifferentThis isn't a position where you'll simply inherit an office and maintain the status quo.You'll have the opportunity to:• Lead our dental location in Delray Beach.• Help launch a brand-new dental office.• Recruit and develop a high-performing dental team.• Establish processes and culture for the new location.• Help grow new patient volume and practice revenue.• Implement operational improvements across offices.• Work directly with executive leadership.• Play an important role in the continued growth of FL Dental Group.We want someone who enjoys building—not simply maintaining.What You'll DoLead our Dental PracticeYou'll have overall responsibility for the business and administrative operations of a FL Dental Group location, including:• Daily practice operations and workflow• Staffing and employee performance• Provider and patient scheduling• Front-office operations• Patient experience• Dental insurance and revenue-cycle processes• Production and collections performance• Practice KPIs and reporting• Operational efficiency• Compliance with established policies and proceduresYou'll establish consistent expectations across offices while ensuring each location operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional patient experience.Help Open Our New Delray Beach LocationYou'll play a hands-on leadership role in preparing our new dental office for a successful opening, including:• Recruiting and onboarding team members• Establishing workflows and operating procedures• Developing staffing and scheduling plans• Coordinating operations between both locations• Helping build the new office's patient base• Establishing a positive, accountable culture from day oneBuild & Lead Great TeamsStrong teams build successful practices.You'll be responsible for:• Recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining team members• Setting clear performance expectations• Holding employees accountable• Conducting regular team meetings and performance discussions• Identifying training and development opportunities• Creating a positive, professional, patient-focused work environment• Developing future leaders as FL Dental Group growsDrive Practice GrowthWe are looking for someone who understands that a dental practice manager is also a business leader.You'll work with leadership to:• Increase new patient volume• Improve patient retention and reactivation• Increase treatment acceptance and patient follow-through• Maximize provider schedules and available capacity• Reduce cancellations and no-shows• Develop community and referral relationships• Support marketing and patient acquisition initiatives• Identify new opportunities for practice growthManage the NumbersYou'll monitor the operational and financial health of the practice using key performance indicators such as:• Production• Collections• New patient volume• Treatment acceptance• Provider and hygiene schedule utilization• Cancellations and no-shows• Accounts receivable• Staffing and labor costs• Patient retention and reactivationYou'll use the numbers to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve performance—not simply prepare reports.Who We're Looking ForOur ideal candidate is a strong dental leader who takes ownership.You are someone who can lead people, manage operations, understand the numbers, solve problems, and help grow a business.Preferred Qualifications• 5+ years of dental practice management experience preferred• Multi-location dental management experience strongly preferred• Experience opening, expanding, or significantly growing a dental practice is highly desirable• Strong understanding of dental office operations• Experience with dental insurance, billing, collections, and accounts receivable• Knowledge of treatment presentation and treatment acceptance• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and manage employees• Experience managing practice KPIs and performance goals• Strong business and financial acumen• Excellent leadership and communication skills• Highly organized with strong follow-through• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment• Proficiency with dental practice-management systems and reporting toolsA bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
