Crane Operator 1st Shift Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 05:00pm)
- Operate a 25/35-ton overhead crane to move steel coils throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks, rail cars, and production equipment.
- Pull steel coils from inventory and store materials in designated locations.
- Feed steel coils to slitting and production lines as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures while working with heavy materials and equipment.
Crane Operator 1st Shift Qualifications:
- Previous overhead crane experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate equipment and follow company and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Ability to stand and walk for 812 hours per shift.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a production team.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
