MIG Welder – 1st Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)

• MIG weld small and large steel assemblies to customer specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld procedures
• Inspect welded components for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep work area organized
• Follow safety standards and proper PPE requirements at all times

MIG Welder – 1st Shift Qualifications:

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality standards
• Ability to lift and move materials and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
