End Form Setup Technician - 1st Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.40 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm )

• Set up and prepare end-forming equipment for scheduled production runs.
• Perform first-piece quality inspections using measuring and testing equipment. 
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with basic equipment maintenance.
• Monitor production processes, perform quality checks, and ensure tooling is properly maintained. 
• Support production operators by providing materials, communicating schedule updates, and promoting a safe work environment.

End Form Setup Technician - 1st Shift Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
• High school diploma or GED required. Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to read work orders, follow production schedules, and use basic measuring equipment for quality inspections.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and assist with minor maintenance tasks.
• Excellent attendance, teamwork, and communication skills. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
