1st Shift Production

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Training: On-the-Job Training Provided

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team in a wire terminating and harnessing role. This position involves small hand-work tasks, assembling wire harnesses, and ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform wire terminating, cutting, stripping, and harness assembly
• Complete small hand-work tasks with precision
• Follow production instructions and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform small, repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• No prior experience required - full training is provided
