SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER (SUD) THERAPIST – EVENING IOP Towson, Maryland | Full-Time | Schedule: Monday - Thursday 12:30PM - 8:30PM & Remote Friday | Pay: $34–$44/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Build genuine, collaborative treatment alliances with patients, adapting to their evolving clinical needs

• Facilitate addiction treatment groups at the IOP and OP levels of care
• Deliver engaging addiction and recovery education presentations
• Conduct assessments, case management, discharge planning, and coordinate with

referral sources and other providers

• Partner with the treatment team to address co-occurring psychiatric needs
• Complete evaluations for substance use disorders using DSM-5 and ASAM

criteria * Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation that meets state and CARF standards * Track and contribute to measurable outcomes — retention, attendance, program completion, and treatment goal achievement * Share on-call coverage on a rotating basis (about one week, a few times per year) to support patients in crisis * Bring your experience in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed care into daily practice * Represent Kolmac/CCG with professionalism and positive energy, in and out of session Direct patient care makes up roughly 55% of the role, depending on program needs.

WHAT YOU BRING

* 2+ years of experience in the SUD field (group treatment experience a plus, not required)

• Strong clinical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Comfort working in an electronic medical record system
• Familiarity with a range of recovery modalities — 12-Step, SMART Recovery,

Harm Reduction, Recovery Dharma, Women for Sobriety, and more * A flexible, creative, team-first mindset, ready to grow with an expanding program * If in personal recovery: minimum of 3 years continuous sobriety required (5+ preferred) Required Credentials (one of the following): CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LMSW, LCADC, LCSW, or LCSW-C (Maryland)
