Lead generation support – our in-house Business Development Center produces qualified leads each month, while you also chase and build your own pipeline.

What You’ll Do

Door-to-door lead generation and canvassing

Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on damage and solutions

Assist customers through insurance claim process professionally

Attend adjuster appointments and install days

Maintain strong follow-up with homeowners and insurance companies

Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust

Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Willingness to door knock and generate your own leads
