Physical Therapist - Multiple Positions

Description Providence Seaside Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital located on Oregon’s coast, seeks full-time Physical Therapists to join our outpatient and orthopedics team. The role involves delivering skilled physical therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, evaluating patient needs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maximize functional independence. Physical Therapist Positions Physical Therapist – Ortho & Neuro (Full time) Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Full time) Physical Therapist – Pelvic Health (0.8 FTE Part-time) Responsibilities Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with various diagnoses and disabilities. Conduct patient/client evaluations and deliver treatment plans tailored to individual needs and age‑related considerations. Provide professional consultations to achieve maximum independence in alignment with functional levels and potential. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer appropriately to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or DPT from an accredited program. Oregon Physical Therapy License upon hire. National Provider ID and BLS/Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. Specialized physical therapy training or experience may be required for specific departmental needs.
