About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2005 after building a strong foundation with State Farm starting back in 1990. Before becoming an agent, I worked in management and handled fire claims, which gave me a deep understanding of what customers need most when life doesn't go as planned. Today, our team includes three full-time and one part-time team member, and we run our office with a true family-first mindset. I'm married, have three daughters, and five grandkids, and I love spending time traveling with my family, especially anywhere in Florida. I'm also a big Cubs and Bears fan and enjoy catching sporting events whenever I can. Giving back matters to us. We sponsor local baseball teams, support the Rockford Rescue Mission, and make it a priority to give back to police and fire departments around the holidays. Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Bonomo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
