CNA Insurance in Chicago, IL, is seeking an individual contributor to manage commercial claims of moderate to high complexity within the General Liability line. The role operates under moderate direction, investigates, evaluates, and resolves claims, with emphasis on quality, timeliness, and customer service. A flexible, hybrid schedule requires 2 days in a CNA office per week.
