Hospice Community Liaison & Referral Growth Specialist

MBC Talent Connections is seeking a compassionate Community Liaison in Edison, NJ to champion our end-of-life care services. You will be the face of the organization, building trust-based relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, and referral sources while promoting our care philosophy.
