Position Type: Elementary School Teaching Date Posted: 8/6/2026 Location: District Description: Preschool Intervention and Refferral Specialist {PIRS) Job Summary: This position is for a Preschool Intervention and Refferral Specialist {PIRS) for the 2026/2027 school year Qualifications/Responsibilities: Valid New Jersey Standard Certificate in one of the following: Preschool through Grade 3 (P-3), Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD), Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDTC) Bachelors degree or higher Minimum of three years of successful experience in early childhood education Knowledge of child development, inclusive preschool practices, MTSS, and evidence-based social-emotional and behavioral interventions. Experience providing instructional coaching and professional learning . Experience with Teaching Strategies and Preschool Education Aid programs preferred. BCBA certification preferred.
