The compensation is 100% performance-based with no cap on earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your effort, production, and leadership, giving you the opportunity to build both immediate and long-term recurring income.
Part-timers averaging 12-15 hours a week potentially earn about $68K - $118K on an annual basis.

What You'll Do

Build: Recruit, mentor, and coach new agents as you grow your agency and scale to multi-state agencies across US and Canada..
Transact: Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
Recommend personalized insurance and financial solutions.
Build lasting client relationships through education and service.
Develop your client base through networking and referrals.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
