The company is hiring a Founding Software Engineer to build the AI and automation systems that power its clinical and business operations. You'll own large surface areas across product, data, infrastructure, and automation, partnering closely with Clinical Operations, Business Operations, and company leadership to identify high-value automation and ship the systems that improve care delivery. The Role

• Build LLM agents and automation pipelines
• Design AI-driven care orchestration across patients, providers, and pharmacies
• Ship internal and external products for clinical and growth teams
• Build shared services and HIPAA-compliant data architecture
• Ship CRM and healthcare system integrations
• Design PHI-safe LLM pipelines and agent orchestration frameworks

The Person

• 1+ years shipping production AI systems (LLMs, agents)
• TypeScript-native, full-stack across frontend, backend, data, infrastructure
• Track record shipping fast and independently, no roadmap required
• Heavy AI use in own development workflow
• Bonus: healthcare/HIPAA, data pipelines (BigQuery, ETL), CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot)
