Location(s): Fort Collins, CO Must-have requirements:

• A+ Certification (required)
• 1+ year of hands-on laptop/desktop break-fix experience
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid car insurance
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned metro area
• Ability to complete required product training
• Ability to pass drug and background screening
• Basic knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware, software, and Microsoft applications
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred qualifications:

• Computer-building experience
• Experience diagnosing Dell laptops and desktops

Key responsibilities:

• Perform onsite repair of laptops and desktops.
• Replace hardware components such as hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and LCDs.
• Perform whole-unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals.
• Travel throughout the assigned service area to customer locations.
• Update and close service tickets in real time using the company's mobile call management system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues.

Pre-screen questions (must appear at the top of the resume):

1. How many years of computer hardware repair field experience do you have?
2. Within the last 2 years, how many motherboards have you replaced?
3. Within the last 2 years, how many LCDs have you replaced?
4. How many years of experience do you have diagnosing Dell laptops and PCs?
5. Are you A+ Certified?
6. Are you at least 18 years of age?

• If your car breaks down, what is your backup transportation plan? (Uber, Lyft, and public transportation are not acceptable.)
• Are you willing to work beyond your scheduled shift on short notice when necessary?
• Do you have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection at home?
• Are you willing to comply with the required business casual dress code?
• Are you willing to complete the required Dell certifications (provided at no cost) within the required timeframe before employment?
