Associate Sales Planner

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide exemplary service post campaign launch in order to meet contractual obligations by monitoring programs Complete campaign performance spreadsheets, analyzing data from our ad server, and 3rd party reports Prepare delivery summaries, working with Inventory and Ad Ops teams to drive campaign success, and elevate issues to Planning management Manage billing for accounts, working with internal Delivery Ops teams to examine any discrepancies Support Sales Planners, Sr. Sales Planners, Supervisors, and Managers as needed QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1-2 years of work experience Bachelor’s degree required Strong desire to learn digital media Robust math skills and ability to perform data analysis Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and fluent in EXCEL) Able to handle numerous high level campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment A true team player and willingness to pitch in Strong communication skills and a logical thinker COMPENSATION: $53,000 - $59,000 annually BENEFITS: Employees in this position are eligible to participate in the company sponsored benefit programs, including the following within the first 12 months of employment: Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision coverage) Paid Time Off (including vacation, sick leave, and flexible holiday days) 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching Life and Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter and/or Transit Benefits (if applicable) Eligibility for specific benefits may vary based on job classification, schedule (e.g., full-time vs. part-time), work location and length of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr WebMD LLC
