Our client in Phoenix, AZ, is an applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy center that provides individualized, evidence-based services designed to help children ages 2–10 develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive, child-focused environment. They create personalized 1:1 treatment plans guided by board-certified behavior analysts, emphasize family involvement, and aim to promote meaningful skill growth and independence for each child. Salary $90,000 – $105,000 annually (depending on experience) + potential bonuses Sign-On Bonus $30,000 total, paid as $10,000 each year for the first three years of employment Job Summary Our client is a BCBA-led company dedicated to providing ethical, meaningful ABA services for children with developmental delays and disabilities. We are seeking an in-person BCBA with an active Arizona LBA license to manage a caseload, supervise staff, and provide caregiver support. This salaried role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive clinical environment focused on quality care.
