Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package from $86,500 to $122,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.
