HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR)Pay: $19-$24 per hourLocation: Virginia Beach, VASchedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PMBring Your Customer Service Skills to a Company That Invests in You!Mechollage is a locally owned, veteran-owned HVAC company that has proudly served the Virginia Beach area since 2009. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and creating a positive first impression for every customer.As the first point of contact for our company, you'll answer incoming calls, assist customers with scheduling service, and provide helpful information about our services. If you have experience in customer service, call centers, home services, or another fast-paced office environment, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAnswer incoming customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitudeSchedule service, maintenance, and installation appointmentsListen carefully to customer needs and gather accurate informationEnter customer details and service requests into our softwareAnswer questions about appointments, services, and basic account informationMake outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up when neededKeep customer records accurate and up to dateAssist with maintenance membership and customer outreach campaignsCommunicate clearly with coworkers to help ensure a smooth customer experiencePerform other customer service and administrative tasks as assignedWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, call center, reception, or office supportPrevious experience in HVAC or another home services or skilled trades company is preferredServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not requiredExcellent phone etiquette and strong communication skillsComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPositive, dependable, and customer-focused approach to your workHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefits50% company-paid medical coverage401(k) with a 6% company matchPaid holidaysPaid vacationOngoing training and opportunities for career growthJoin Our TeamAt Mechollage, we believe exceptional customer service starts with the first phone call.
