We believe those same values should extend to our employees by providing the training, support, and opportunities they need to build successful careers.QualificationsWe 're looking for professionals who have:At least two years of outside sales or in-home sales experience (HVAC, roofing, windows, solar, home improvement, or similar industries)A proven history of consultative selling and closing salesExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesA high school diploma or equivalent (HVAC or sales certifications are a plus)A valid driver's license with an insurable driving recordExperience using CRM platforms and digital sales technologyA self-motivated mindset and the drive to maximize performance-based earnings
