Litigation Attorney (Real Estate preferred) San Diego, CA | $130,000 - $250,000 per year | Hybrid Schedule We are a boutique law firm specializing in civil litigation and real estate law. Job Duties Handle civil litigation and real estate matters. Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Support trial preparation and participate in trials as needed. Advise clients and maintain strong communication. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Manage an independent caseload. Job Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar admission. Minimum 3 years of litigation experience; real estate experience preferred. Trial (second‑chair ok) experience required. Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills. Self‑motivated and able to manage cases independently. Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
