Oracle FedAdmin Plan to Report (B2R) SME

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Budget to Report (B2R) (P2R) Subject Matter Expert to join our team and support mission-critical financial systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Oracle R12 Federal Financials , who thrives in a client-facing environment and brings both strategic insight and hands-on functional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated prior experience implementing Oracle EBS Budget to Report functionality, including in-depth understanding and knowledge of Oracle Federal Administrator, Payables and Receivables Processing, Interagency Transaction Processes, and Projects
• Management.
• Knowledge and experience of the Federal Budgeting Processes and Regulations.
• Prior experience with period (month, quarter, FY) closing processes.
• Prior experience developing interface functional designs.
• Prior experience designing and executing end-to-end integration testing.
• Prior experience with GL conversion requirements and mapping.
• Prior experience designing and implementing Federal Reports in an Oracle EBS environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Support the configuration, design, and development of B2R Global Model functionality.
• Support deployment of B2R functionality to new Agencies.
• Provide support to the project lifecycle phase.

Qualifications

• Superior oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a Permanent Resident Card
• Must be able to successfully clear a federal background investigation (government security investigation required)
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday

Salary: $130,000 to $150,000(commensurate with experience)
